The AYW outdoor centrifugal pump (full name: AYW outdoor series single-stage horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump) is a second-generation high-efficiency and energy-saving product designed by our company based on the performance parameters specified in international ISO2858 and national standard JB/T6878.2-93, combined with our years of production experience. The protection level of the AYW outdoor centrifugal pump reaches IP65 and can be directly used outdoors without building a pump room. The series flow range is 1.5-1600m3/h. 1. AYW horizontal clear water pump is used for conveying clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other pressurized and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T ≤ 80 ℃.
2. The AYWR horizontal hot water pump is widely used for boiler hot water boosting, transportation, and urban heating systems in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, and other industries. The SGWR type operates at a temperature of T ≤ 120 ℃.
3. AYWH horizontal chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
4. AYWB horizontal pipeline oil pump is used to transport oil products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the transported medium is

Working conditions:
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa. The static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering. In order to use cast steel materials for the overcurrent and connection parts of the morning pump during manufacturing.
2. The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
